What products do you offer?
We provide custom, made-to-order bookmarks and book holders. More items are currently in process of being added to our shop. If you would like to be updated with shop news, please subscribe to our newsletter.
Where is my order and how long will it take to arrive?
Please note that the processing time is the time it takes me to make your order. This does not include the actual shipping time. Generally smaller items such as keychains or bookmarks will take approximately 1-3 business days to create. Larger items such as custom signs take 3-5 business days to create. Once shipped, you will be provided a tracking number to monitor the progress of your package.
Do you allow refunds?
We do not allow refunds due to the nature of custom items. However, refund request may be fulfilled upon discretion of: If your item has been damaged/defective upon delivery or there is an issue with the quality of the product before use. Photos of the item as well as a summary of how the item became damaged is required so that we may further assist you.
What are your bookmarks and book holders made of?
Materials used in these products is made from epoxy resin. They are decorated with various metallic flakes (gold, silver, or copper), glitter, and other decorations. Epoxy resin takes a minimum of 24 hours to set once it is poured. Most items are made-to-order. On certain occasions, we may have extra designs that are ready to ship.
Each design is unique as no items are exactly the same. We use different flakes, glitter and mica colors. We cannot guarantee it will be exactly the same as pictured. We will guarantee the color chosen, however it may not be the same as shown in the product images of the listing.
How do I care for my products?
All of our resin products should be gently hand washed with soapy, lukewarm water in order to preserve any additional decorations.
Why is an item I want out of stock?
If an item you would like to purchase is out of stock, please message us to check the restock date and availability. Our limited items will not be restocked as they are intended to be unique.
DIGITAL INVITATIONS
Do you allow cancellations and returns?
Due to the nature of instant digital templates, refunds/exchanges cannot be issued once order has been processed. Please thoroughly read the description before purchase to ensure it is a perfect fit for your needs. Please contact me if you have any questions.
How do I access my template?
Once purchased, your template will always be available to you, so you can come back any time and continue editing. A downloadable file will be made available upon purchase and will also be available in your email.
What can be edited?
TEXT: Texts can be edited for working, font, font color, font size, and placement (unless specified in the listing description).
ARTWORK: Most artwork is locked and cannot be edited, resized, or moved (unless specified in the listing description).
COLOR: Background and elements color can be changed on most templates (unless specified in the listing description).
IMAGES: You may add your own images and logo on to the template.
WHAT CAN’T BE EDITED Size and orientation of the document.
Where can I print?
PRINTING AT HOME:
I recommend using a heavy-weight cardstock (anything between 80-100 lbs depending on your printer capabilities). A print template with instructions is included with purchase.
PROFESSIONAL PRINTING:
If you are considering a professional printer, I recommend Prints of Love. My shop has partnered with them to offer fast, high quality and affordable printing. They off free 2-3 days US shipping and free envelopes.

If you are running into any problems with Canva, please try to log onto your desktop/laptop and try using Canva with Google Chrome.
