Returns and exchange details

Due to the delicate and custom nature of the stationary merchandise, there will be NO refunds or exchanges allowed. Exceptions will be made based on special circumstances. 

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase in any way, please do not hesitate to get in touch with me. I will try to respond back to you within 24 hours.

Shipping policies 

IMPORTANT SHIPPING UPDATE:
***Due to the current pandemic and recent changes implemented within USPS, kindly keep in mind that there may be a significant delay in the delivery of your package. 

Packages are typically mailed out through USPS First Class Mail. Please understand that I am not able to guarantee a delivery date for your package as I do not have control of it once I drop it off at the Post Office. Any items delayed/lost during USPS transit, misplaced/stolen at the time of delivery are ineligible for refunds/replacements.  

With tracking number request at an additional cost, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your package is shipped out.

Orders are typically shipped out within 7 business days (Monday – Friday) and the estimated delivery range is within 5-7 business days via domestic USPS First Class Mail. Please note that this timeframe may vary during the holiday season. Kindly keep in mind that the delivery timeframe may be longer if USPS experience any shipping delays on their side. 

Our typical shop processing time is 2 weeks. However, with the effects of COVID-19 has had on our suppliers and shipping partners, our current order processing time is 3-4 weeks. We are expecting to lower this processing time as our suppliers and shipping partners are able to get back on track. Packages mailed without tracking may take up to 6 weeks to process. Thank you so much for your patience with us during this time.
